At The Weave Hut, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final.

Please review the full policy below:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once hair extensions leave The Weave Hut premises or are received by the customer, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued unless the product is found to be defective at the time of pickup or delivery.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe your item is defective, you must:

  1. Contact The Weave Hut immediately upon pickup or delivery.

  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue before the hair is installed, altered, brushed, washed, colored, or unwrapped beyond its original bundle state.

If a true defect is confirmed, The Weave Hut will offer:
✔️ Exchange for the same item
✔️ Store credit

No cash refunds will be given.

HAIR THAT IS NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE

The following are not considered defects:

  • Natural bundle variations in color or texture

  • Bundles appearing slim due to tight wrapping

  • Density differences based on hair length (all bundles are 100g)

  • Personal preference after receiving the item

  • Installation issues or dissatisfaction after install

  • Damage caused by coloring, bleaching, cutting, or altering the hair

PICKUP ORDERS

Once the customer receives the hair in person, confirms the order, and leaves with the product, the order is officially final and completed.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Attempting to dispute a completed order with your bank after receiving the product is considered fraudulent activity.

The Weave Hut will provide:

  • Proof of pickup

  • Communication records

  • Photos or video of the product at handoff

  • This policy as posted on our website and receipts

Chargebacks filed on non-defective, delivered items will be challenged and pursued.

EXCHANGES (IF APPROVED)

Exchanges are only allowed for defective items and must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Be unused, unaltered, and uninstalled

  • Include all original packaging

REFUNDS

The Weave Hut does not issue refunds under any circumstances unless the product is proven defective at the time of pickup or delivery.

FINAL DISCLOSURE

By purchasing from The Weave Hut, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed in this policy.
